Pete – UK

When Pete joined FFF, Studio 44 was already a successful production company, but like many filmmakers, he was still carrying the mindset of a solo operator inside a growing business.
One of the biggest shifts wasn’t technical. It was confidence.

Through coaching, accountability and the FFF frameworks, Pete developed a clearer understanding of the value Studio 44 creates for clients, helping him improve his positioning, sales conversations and pricing confidence.

That shift contributed to Studio 44 growing revenue by 22.5% year-on-year, generating over £147,000 ($197,000+) in 2025 and securing its largest project to date, a contract worth more than £30,000.

Perhaps more importantly, Pete began stepping away from delivery and involving a team, allowing him to spend more time building the business rather than simply working inside it.
As Pete often reflected throughout the year, the biggest lesson wasn’t just how to grow revenue. It was realising that many of the barriers holding him back were his own beliefs, habits and ways of thinking.

Today, he’s focused on building Studio 44 2.0: a business with stronger systems, better positioning, recurring revenue and a structure that doesn’t depend entirely on him.
In Pete’s words, FFF didn’t just change his business. It changed the way he thinks about what’s possible.
